Guy Abrahams has had extensive and long-term experience in the Australian art world. He was the Director of the highly respected Christine Abrahams Gallery in Melbourne for twenty-two years and National President of the Australian Commercial Galleries Association (to ACGA). He has also held numerous board and committee appointments.
Guy consults on all aspects of collecting and valuing art. Since 1994 he has been approved to value Australian paintings, sculpture, drawings, prints, cartoons, and ceramics after 1950 and Australian photographs after 1930 for the Australian Government’s Cultural Gifts Program.
